Throne of Glass

The Assassin and the Princess - Sarah J. Maas I enjoyed Throne of Glass so much! From the world, to the history and culture, and finally to the characters, there isn't anything that I did not enjoy from Maas' creation. It is evident that she spent a lot of time perfecting the world that came to her imagination. She translated this world and allowed for the reader to see it. And I must say, it is amazing. The main character had so many levels of depth written into her. She changed, as if she wasn't just a character on paper, but a person in real life. She grew, from page one to the end of the book, and it shows how much Maas' talent projected onto her words. The supporting characters were all necessary and amazing in their own rite. Every single one of them added to the depth of the main character as well as to the intrigue and excitement of the plot. From the Prince to the Captain, I cannot say that I disliked anyone to not want to include them into the story. I loved every minute I spent reading every word on the page. I am extremely excited to read the remainder of the story and to see where the world takes me. I highly suggest this story, especially if you're a fan of fantasy. It's wonderful, splendid, and filled with marvel.
